Matthew Greenberg was born in New York and raised in the D.C. area. His previous restaurant experience includes working at BOA and Capo in Santa Monica and a neighborhood French favorite, Le Fritte, in Sherman Oaks.

Matthew worked for Mélisse for five years starting in 2000, and says, “It’s been exciting to be a part of the original Melisse staff and return when it’s soared to the next level. Working at a Two Star Michelin rated restaurant is an honor.” After working at numerous restaurants in management, Matthew says, “It’s truly satisfying to be part of a staff that I believe offers the best dining experience in LA. It feels like we’re doing more than just serving dinner.”

A great sportsman who is passionate about golf and basketball, Matthew also loves hanging out at the beach with his young daughter and coaching her softball team.
